About Our Registered Manager
My name is Leslie Marufu, Founder and Registered Manager of LARKSS Care & Recruitment. As a qualified Social Worker and experienced Mental Health Practitioner, I have spent many years supporting adults, older people, individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing mental health challenges across health and social care services. My professional experience spans the NHS, local authority social work, hospital discharge services, community care, safeguarding, and direct care provision.
LARKSS Care was founded from a genuine passion for helping people and improving lives within our communities. Our approach is rooted in social care values, clinical understanding, compassion, dignity, and person-centred support.
